As a person who had to try to pare down the list of candidates (it was about as long as the entries in the Free Study Challenge) I have to say that there were a number of extremely wonderful people who applied, and anyone who got passed over should be so proud of themselves for being assests to this community! Each person who applied was very carefully considered and had many great qualities to bring to the SC!

Yay! I've been off in Central Nowhere, NH since yesterday afternoon, but my DPC Widow wife called to give me the news. Cool! I'm sure the admins and SC just figured that I'm on the site all the time anyway, so they might as well put me to work. ;-)
This is great... the leather jacket with my initials, company car, country club membership, the extra point on my scores... wonderful! I just love the "smite" button. Now where's Brad's picture... |

Actually Shannon, I am hoping this newly appointed position keeps you so busy you won't have time to enter the challenges, giving some of us a break!
