What would be a reason they would ask for proof of validity?(I don't know if that is a real word.)LOL

If someone thinks you have done editing that is against the rules.

I made my picture selective blk and white. I kept the flowers yellow, everything else was blk and white. Did I edit against the rules?

It depends how you did it. When you send in the original file, be sure to list all of your editing steps in as much detail as possible.

Also, please don't discuss current entries in the forums in such a way that they can be identified.
