I almost put a white square up here and said here it is clean...but I said to myself "Self that wouldn't be nice"...

I really don't think there is enough detail in there to clean it up...what is it?

i am trying to enter a competition. This is a clue of what it is. I know it is impossible but i figured you guys are great with PS that you just never know

Nope. Too bad Photoshop is not like CSI or other tv shows, where you can get a great image from a distorted one :(

Hmmmmmmmmm,,, best I can tell is that it's an out of focus picture... Sure hope that helps... hehehehehe :O)
