In a recent discussion on a skydiving photography forum a user was looking for a remote light which would confirm that a shot has been taken. This strikes me as a good idea as I am about to get into in air stills photography with a Canon EOS 350D

SO my question is, is there a way that I can wire us an LED to flash when a shot is taken? It would need to be done is such a was as to not slow down shooting in any way.
