Great colors in Tiger's Paradise !!

Would you like to share how you make such 'framed' borders ?

Imported some from adobe photoshop as pug-in's to my adbe photo program and the others I created by playing with different filters and effects.

The two out of focus flowers in the tiger shot are a distraction, I'd clone them out. I like the silos, it's the kind of shot I would do. While in The Garden is too light, the area in the foreground needs more detail, part of the basket is missing and you can hardly tell why. Approaching Storm doesn't fit the title, it's a nice shot but a wider angle might have carried the title's message better, and your editing techniques (the borders and the d&b) take attention away from a fairly bland picture. The bark all along the left side in Stuck appears blurred. In my Garden 2 has good detail in the subject but much of the frame is out of focus, and that draws attention away from the subject. Same goes for In my Garden, but not as much so.

These look like exercises in editing technique, and you are learning that part well. But the techniques should not dominate over the subject. You seem to lean toward relatively dark images, don't be afraid to make them bright and colorful.

Just my two cents.
