Mmmmmmmmmmmmmm,,,,,On Friday morning... I seized my daughter's PC, stereo and a few other items she likes for not complying with certain repeated requests... I should grab my camera.... she still has this unbelievable scowl on her face.

I am such a meanie..........hehehehehee

I completely agree. Kids can be a lot of fun to photograph but artistically....now that would be a challenge.

Just last week I had one of my first experiences photographing kids when a co-workers girls came to work. They were bored so I offered to teach them how to write or design words on cakes (using mayonnaise and a table top)...whatever works...right?. I'm particularly proud of the fact that I taught them how it's done in less than 5 minutes and that's why they were stoked. There's a before shot as well.

It reminded me of the photo's from Frank McCourts book Angela's Ashes or something out of Dickens.

Just a shot I got yesterday from this little girl having fun, all by herself on the sand box. She stayed there at that very same spot for about 3 hours, playing with the sand! Like time wasn't passing for her.....

My niece Taylor, it was about 75 yesterday so her and her sister Macie flew their kites all day.
