PhotoSIG (Special Interest Group)
Its a place to post photos for critique and critique others' work. I forget whether you can post or not without being invited by a member. You can find a member to sponsor you and you get to do something extra (maybe post more photos . . . I forget). You can also pay for a membership and gain the ability to post up to 3 photos at a time and also invite others to have a basic membership. Matt was asking a PhotoSIG member to send him an invitation.
