As long as it is a light color. However, be aware that 'light' is very subjective and those images with the more obvious lightness will likely be scored higher.

That's how I read it; "light" on white. For me, the real question is, how will the voters respond to shotting a normal, high-key image of, say, a flower, then using selective color and levels to "wash it out" so there's barely any color? There's a thread where I did that on someone else's flower, check the reactions.

Same here. Nice yellow dafidils are just blooming here. Real easy to photograph too. I came up with something a little different.

I went totally away from flowers as well. Had to think long and hard to what would be a good subject...I was even thinking of a light shining on a white background..but knew right off that it would be scored low.

That's MY kind of low-scoring idea, dude. I don't recommend it to anyone. jejeje™
"LIGHT on WHITE", indeed... Look, also, for several entries photographing an actual lamp against a white BG.

What is confusing me more is it " Very light in white ", or is it just " Light on White, no it is probably better for me not to think about it to complicated .. ir |

Whatever looks right in light on white will be alright, but it'll be quite a fight to fly this kite to any height, but I'm counting on some long nights.

I actually have two ideas for this one, however the one I WANT to do I need a certain model and to be honest I've never talked to this woman before. She works at the local flowershop. I just hope she works again before Monday or I'm going to have to go with my other shot(which isn't as much fun to shoot). |

Actually, she's not an albino, but she's darn close to it. I had thought of an albino though, but I don't think any are around here. It would definately be an interesting picture. |
