LETS GO EAGLES.
My predictions...
Eagles 30 Patriots 17
Jeff Thomason will score the game clinching TD.
T.O will score the first touchdown, it's going to be a bomb. TO is at 100%, and he's going to play the majority of the game.
Our defense is going to shutdown Dillon, keeping him under 100 yards.
TIME TO GET MY DRINK ON!
Unfortunetly we didnt get picked for the Ticket Lottery, maybe next year! All I know, is that when we do get picked for our season tickets, I AM SO THERE.

I see 31-17 Patriots. Their last 2 superbowl wins have been narrow, they want to dominate this game and they will. Sorry, iggles, maybe next year. You have a decent team, if a little overblown on the ego scale...
Notice there's no "official patriots thread"; we don't need one, we're the champs and it's just another day at the office for us.

And it's that attitude that the patriots have, the laid back one, thats going to be their doom. Everyone's underestimating us, and I pity you guys for that.

In that case I have been living my life to the fullest. I am a Vikings fan so I have been crying tears of pain for years now :(

I got my wish 2 years ago when Syracuse won March Madness. I got my wish when my hometown Sox won the World Series. It HAS to be the Eagles turn! :D
The first game of football I remember seeing and thinking "WOW" was Randall Cunningham vs. the Giants - his first TD toss ever came when LT hit him, knocked him down to one hand, he raised up and threw a strike in the endzone! WOOT!

Go Eagles! I took the day off to watch this game. NFL is not big here in Australia but the Superbowl is huge at my house. It's 8:25 Monday morning here and I am soooooo excited. The aussie thing to do is to go for the under dog so... Go Eagles!!! My NRL team the Bulldogs broke a 9 year draught last year so I know what you Eagles fans are going through. I hope you taste the sweeeeet victory is a few short hours. Have a beer for me (It's too early here)!

Even the 2 year old is watching the game. Hubby had the kids chant "E-A-G-L-E-S Eagles!" into the phone for his step-dad (a diehard Eagles fan). I'm not a big football fan, but I'm cheerin' for them anyway.

Macca's effort was outrageous. A friend of min sets his Piano up - I think he may have been underneath that riser for the gig - how bizarre would that be?

Yeah Paul did a fantastic halftime and the pregame was just as good...Charlie Daniels was awesome! Earth Wind and Fire was pretty cool too...uh oh did I just show my age? |
