It was very hard to deside between these two...what do you think???

No way man.. you went with the best choice. I love that shot of the apples.. Like a classic painting.

This was the one I wanted to enter.

Unfortunately, I could not find the EXIF data for the second picture in time, so I didn't dare enter it.

Your entry is VASTLY superior to the technicolor parrot. No comparison.

Your winning entry is far, far stronger than this outtake iMO.

I like the parrot a lot, but the apple shot is stunning. I was very impressed and I didn't come across it till I'd seen most of the pics—9.

@Heiða: everything you do is magic. Do us a favour a dive in for the brown next time. Please :) ;)
@Nazgul: I like your photo of Heiða, in Krýsuvík better.
@dpdave: why didn't you enter the other one, it's better IMO
@Artyste: Limited to one, I repeat, ONE, outtake in this thread :)

I actually have an entire folder of 'best of 04 outtakes.'

Here is one of the ones I liked the best, probably should have entered it instead:
