ROFL! Try the images section of Google. Type in the right search phrase and you can pretty much find anything. Bear_music's image is the third one listed under Atheneum. ;-)

I was wondering when somebody was going to ask that. Look for something distinctive in the image (or guess a location). In this case. I see a pyramid and a boat- possibly a paddleboat. Go to Google and use pyramid and boat as your search terms. Hit the Images button at the top of the search results and browse for something familiar. There's a picture of a paddleboat on the fourth page. Since the search terms included "pyramid," that word is probably used somewhere on the web page with the paddleboat. Hit the link and look for a pyramid. Bingo! From there you can usually figure out the location, or find additional clues for another search.

This is a difficult one.
Am I right to exclude:
- Turkey
- Greece
- Crete
- Macedonia
- Croatia
- Egypt
- Lebanon
- Israel
- Malta
- Cyprus
- Jordan

It feels like pre-greek, minoan.
You hid the background!

Ok, first I have to confess. I am kinda cheating here...
The picture is not of the landmark itself. It's a model of it. A very accurate model, but a miniature one. To get the picture of the whole thing I would probably need a plain.

But I can say that the background is not hidden. There is no background here. It's all in the rock, very tall and with nothing behind it.

As for the place itself...
Well... All I can say for now is, that the place is in one of the countries you have just excluded.

Yeah, the moon got in so wonderfully.
To be honest, I was so amazed by the model that I didn't even noticed the moon untill just after the shooting...
