Well, I just replaced my 20 gig hard drive with an 80 gig hard drive and reinstalled WinXP Pro...

Oddly enough I have lost a tiny bit of functionality I got real used to ;(

When I used to pop in my SmartMedia card, XP would prompt me if I wanted to look at the files, copy the files...etc

Now, it just opens up the SM card to the "DCIM" folder

Does anyone know why (this happened) and how (I can fix this)?

Not positive since I don't have time to test it, but I think if you uninstall / reinstall the Zio! software, that may reset it... That happens when you select a choice with the "Always do this" button clicked... Not sure if there is another way to unclick it...

You can right click on the drive itself and go to properties --> Autoplay to change it

Nope, that's not it :) first thing I checked

I was looking at mine, and when you go to properties on the smartmedia drive (by right clicking on the drive), choose the autoplay tab and select it to "Prompt me each time to choose an action" select apply and ok and this should revive the functionality.
