| was a 10 to start... knew it wouldnt stay there... down to a 7 - yipee... oops.... there it goes again.... 6 - ok, I can deal with that.... oh no... 5 now.... landslide!!! |

| Well, my camera is about 2 weeks old so my supply was limited to say the least. Numbers are sub 5...bleah..I am learning a lot from this whole process. Now.. gotta start saving for that D70. |

Well, this is my 22nd challenge and it's really the first one where I think the score is WAY out of line with what it should be getting, so I guess that's not a bad record.
I sure wish I could get a few comments on why this is scoring so low. It's not the perfect photo, but IMO there's no way it deserves below a 5. Ah well, c'est la vie! |

Ouch. I know it's still early in the voting but I'm rather disappointed and surprised at how poor I'm doing.
Do most people here vote right away or do you take time to look through them and vote over the week (or two, in this case)? Just curious.

I voted on some right of way, but i will vote on more in the 2 weeks, plus i haven't gone back and bumped up a few photos :) |

Hey Chris, don't knock it. I'd be spinning happily if I had a 6.33 right now ;) At least I moved up from the low 5's to the mid 5's.
Seems like the last few challenges I've been working on lowering my mediocre average to just baaaad. Hard to get inspired to spend time going out (and reshooting, because of date rules) local architecture for DPC. |

I personally take my time! Sometimes I only get through about 80-90% before the voting is over! I don't know if it's because I don't have as much time to vote, or because I take more time to analyze the picture. |

Hmmmm,
Come on people, vote my photo down, I predicted a 5.1 something and now I am getting a 5.9. This is ridiculous! Please, why does nobody explain their high votes? I want to sent you all a PM to tell you different!
