Hi all! I'm back from Sri Lanka, where I celebrated my wedding Dec. 24 and homecoming Dec. 26 (yup, THAT day). Thanks to all who have sent me e-mails of concern. Everybody from mine and my husband's (ah, how sweet the sound) immediate families are ok.
And while I'm here, I might as well brag - the wedding was perfect!

Also wanted to say that I absolutely adore your flying hair project, I've been working on something similar myself, but have not achieved some of the results you have - there are some stunning shots in there! Hope to see more of that project.

Thanks to all for the congrats. glad2bedad - kudos on finding the URL of the whole album :)
I'd love to share more Sri Lanka pictures, but the thing is... when you're trying to plan a huge traditional wedding in 10 days, you're not going to play photographer too much. I don't feel like I have seen the country at all (especially since our honeymoon was abruptly cancelled by the tsunami). Oh well, I guess I'll have to go back again and really travel this time. :) |
