Mine is the first three letters from my last name and the first three letters of my wife's maiden name. BooZon (Boorer and Zonca).

Some interesting stories *grin*
Like Space Amoeba, I started with the dial-up BBS's using 'seraphim'. A couple of years ago I found others using the moniker, and I could no longer register as such.
My friends tease me because I ride an Australian saddle, when most of them ride Western or English, so when I started registering on forums several years ago, I came up with Robert Swagman - a swagman being a wandering worker (a bit of a hobo), and 'bob', being (at one time) the equivalent of a dime.
A ten-cent hobo.
