The new tutorials section is up. Please let me know if you have any problems or concerns with the section.

I highly encourage you to go back and rate user-written tutorials that you've already read to give them feedback for all the time they spent writing these. Each tutorial also has its own thread in the forums, which you can find a link to at the top and bottom of the tutorial in the rating box.

Sorry to destroy the recent forum activity box ;) We'll get that straightened out soon...

Want to write a tutorial? Anyone can write a tutorial for any skill level of photography. Just contact me for more information if you need it. I'd really like this section of the site to grow. Many thanks to magnetic, setzler, gordon, and sheyingshi88 for starting the section off!

Also, if you have indispensable links to share with everyone else, just use the 'suggest a link' form at the bottom of the tutorials page!

SWEET!
I like that you can click on the forum right from the tutorial and discuss any remaining questions. Great idea.

Drew, the tutorials page has some very messed up table html when viewed in non-IE browsers (eg Mozilla) - could you look into it please? :o)

Otherwise, this improvement seems just plain funky! ;o)

Drew, do you still have my Rule of Thirds tutorial laying around somewhere? :)

Thanks for another good job guys.

Just noticed a few errors:
- When I click on the author's name on the main tutorial page it says "The page cannot be found"
- When I click on the author's name on each seperate tutorial-page, a page with my own profile shows up.

is there a tutorial on using the different iso films. I'm not sure when to use auto, 100, or 200.

I don't think there is a tutorial on it, but I use ISO 100 all the time unless there is some specific reason that I can't. The color saturation is better at the expense of a longer shutter speed...
