13 for 13....but I sure wish it would quit raining here! I'm sure it's rained at least 10 out of those 13 days - probably even more!

Well, my effort at doing a photo a day lasted 5 days! I just did not have the time/energy. Maybe next year....

:-)

I really enjoying the PAD... I got locked out of my site for some reason for the last couple of days and I got a little sad. But, now everything is great. Since I was locked out of my site, I am one day off my posting, but I will catch it up tonight or tomorrow morning. I really like my shots the last couple of days.

i am still going strong...took only one picture yesterday total...of a building and it came out okay...nothing spectacular like colors from sky in glass or anything but it was okay. raining terrible last night and all day today so we will have to see what appears for me...if not, I am chaperoning 15 teenagers with 4 other adults for a lock-in...bowling, pizza, games, etc...so should have some tonight and tomorrow at least before I pass out!

A few days now, I've almost settled on a really crappy photo but instead decided to do a makeshift studio set up photo and it's really paid off to take a little bit of extra time and get something I'm not embarassed to look at.

I'm 13/13 as well and I think today might be the first sunny day that I will have a chance to take a photo this year!! I told my wife that the first nice day we have, my Photo-A-Day will just be of the sky as a reminder when I look back later in the year...

My project is linked below...

I did Photo a Day from Sept 2003 until December 2004. I started a new gallery, called PICWIC for 2005. It stands for "Picture When I Can". Things have been very busy for us, so I've given up the goal of posting everyday. I'm doing well in January so far, though!

Ben - is that Simpleviewer in real or JAlbum with the SV skin? Just curious.

It's simpleviewer

Great little program and as the title implies ... it's very simple to use. I like that it adjust the image to screen size on the fly and you can define the row/column numbers along with borders.

Just wanted to put in my two bits.

Yeh I thought that was quite cool to start with but then I disabled it cos it was putting weird sharpening artifacts and jaggy lines on my photos.

Yes, I noticed that also. That's why I'm keeping my web shot's at 640 pixels, which works pretty good on 800x600 screens and up. Oh well, can't have everything ... especially when it's free!

Same reason I stopped using it -- although someone mentioned a fix for that not too long ago. I'm sure they'll chime back in.
