Hey all! If you print on canvas, and you're selling them, do you finish the back with paper? Or do you leave it an open frame?

There's no reason for a dust cover, but with an open frame, there's no place to put signature, edition number, etc. (My handwriting sucks, so I don't sign the canvas)

Thanks!

i don't close in the back. i use a sharpie to sign the wooden frame. i also include an index card sized note with the title and a paragraph about the image details. and i sign that.

i also attach beehive hangers and put the hanging spikes in a baggie.

Intriguing. I've never seen those before. (the hangers)

Are you attaching the note to the frame, then? It seemed like a bad idea to attach anything to the back of the canvas itself.
