This is how I did, as you can see in below video, I had multiple images, they all were in portrait mode, I took those with 85mm at 1.8 and I prefocus on the subject and then change the focus to manual mode and start taking shots. Once I done with the shot, I put them in an application called "Panorama Stitcher" and then did inscribe. Converted photograph to Black and white.

Lsat think I was about 7-8 ft from the subject and this method allowed me to go wide and get some awesome bokeh.
