As the Pols like to say these days, the fact of the matter is:

The topic has been in the queue a couple of years. The reason for "minimal", in this case, is to avoid a series of self-referential entries that use photoshop techniques to demonstrate themselves. In that context, Minimal makes sense but there's no reason to limit cropping & rotating. I'm aware this is back-to-back minimal, but what-the hey :-)

As one of our members said in the "other" thread, "Standard is becoming very boring and with Covid we need some stimulation to overcome the everyday tedium!"

Consider yourselves stimulated.
