Does anyone know what is happening? This all started happening with latest version of photoshop
Here is the video that I created to show the problem and if you notice the right bottom of the shoes, even though erase it all but there are some traces left behind and they are not getting cleaned :(

| Your colors in the toolbox might not be perfect white/black, which is probably what you want. Try pressing 'd' to reset it? |
