I have a 3TB hard drive at home that houses all of my photos. RAW files, PSD files, etc. I worry about some day losing them. What is the best backup option out there?

Get another similar or larger drive, copy this one to it, and take one of them to someplace with low risk of fire, storm or theft ...

Second-best is to sign up for a web-hosting account and put the files there -- I don't think it costs more than backup services and you might get a free domain on top of it, though you're not forced to host a web site.

I have an inherent distrust of backup "services" since they are only "safe" as long as they decide to stay in business at a price you're willing to pay and avoid becoming a hacking target victim ...

if you have amazon prime then unlimited photo storage option is available. I personally didn't take a look and see if that would allow you to push RAW or PSD. if you have Website like godaddy then they have unlimited storage, you can use that as backup and upload there.

OR

if you are techy then have a NAS with 8TB each to total 32TB server and have that server keep taking backup of your stuff from the computers.

Thank you - I wasn't aware Amazon Prime included this. I have Amazon Prime so no harm in having an extra backup somewhere else. I also use Google Drive and external USB drives.

Dropbox, Google, Amazon, ....
There are many online options.

The only problem with a NAS is it doesn't prevent loss from theft. Four years ago my house was cleaned out while in Iceland. Always make sure you have off site storage if you're concerned.
