I’ve never really used my smartphone for pictures. First of all because I was not crazy about the quality on older (I)phones and second because I hate to shoot in JPEG. I’ve now bought a refurbished iPhone 7 and for the first time I think I can shoot in RAW, but apparently not in the native phone app. So I need a third-party app. Can you recommend one? It doesn’t need to have editing tools, I will transfer the images to my iMac for further editing. It’s OK if it cost me a few bugs, as long it’s not a subscription model or has hidden costs when using it.
Important is that I can shoot in RAW and that I have lots of control re settings, but that there is also an auto mode for a quick snap if needed. Thanks.

Hi Kees

I have an app called ProCamera that seems to do what you need. I haven’t really spent enough time using it to really review it but seems to have a lot of settings.

Can’t remember how much I paid for it either so not the most useful reply haha

Anyway Merry Christmas! Please continue taking photos or Skye on your big camera too

If you are an Adobe Creative Cloud subscriber, Lightroom Mobile has a better camera module than the native iOS product. And it syncs via the cloud to your Lightroom Classic CC product.

I use PS Express, which works pretty well for basic editing. It does have the ability to do some selective editing, and has pretty good filters for global correction. Also, I think it’s free
