Was it my eyes but I thought I Noticed a High Key challenge up among the list, I was so excited so I Jumped on My Bike and cycled at a fast clip to get all the things I needed for a Blue winning entry.

I worked hard and have a nice entry but find the challenge has been taken down.

Will it be retunrned to the list

I think it may have been Low Contrast. If you look at the past challenges there were quite a few High Key entries so you should be OK with your entry.
