I agree with you about the partial desat and I like the tight crop but feel the border is constraining.


The only cropping was for shape. The bird was hiding in the bushes and couldn't get away so I was able to get really close, helped by my 55-250mm zoom (400mm equivalent on full frame). I love that lens.
