Unfortunately, the Blue Ribbon image in the Extended Free Study 2019-10 challenge has been DQ'd because the photographer used an image downloaded from the web for the background of the shot. In her "defense", the shot wasn't created for DPC, but she liked it enough to enter it and didn't remember until proof time that she'd actually used a non-conforming component.
Congrats to our new ribboner and HM!
