| How about submitting your favorite photo that never made the top three, but one that you think deserves another look? archival |

How about outside of Top 10? 4th and 5th already had front-page exposure and top 10 already had stars... Plus, of course, this would require a flagged rule that an image may be used a second time, but that's doable...

That sounds reasonable Bear. Penny, I was thinking it could be tweaked or corrected in a minor way ..sort of learn from your mistake but I can
see your point of view. Either way. |

could be interesting. the tweaking might be hard to manage/judge/police. what appeals to me is that people get a chance for another gander; our horizons might widen.
agree about outside the top 10. at least. |

| Also makes it like a free study where the image is judged on its quality and not whether it satisfies a challenge description. |
