Tried to upload several photos to workshop this evening and on each occasion get the following error:

creating thread failed..

Perhaps related to the other issues going on today on the site.

Also having a problem uploading for the Brown Challenge -- after 98% or so it stalls and seems to hang indefinitely, and the "Cancel" button doesn't work unless I hit "Escape" first.
