I read about it late last night but had forgotten about it. Thanks for the reminder.

I understand there is no firmware update for mirrorless yet. I hope they'll take care of that soon.

I read about this also. The conditions under which it can occur do seem to be relatively specific. I think the biggest risk is for those who are using wireless transfer. I'm sure that Canon will address the risk, now that it is known.
