That there was a lack of interest in the 'Recipe' challenge but well done to those who did enter food is a hard item to photograph and well done to those who took the time and effort, lets hope the voters come out in force .....

| Oh dash, I was going to enter this, but had in my mind that it was a Sunday rollover. I've even bought the ingredients! Still, I'll enjoy cooking it, so not wasted :) |

| I used to take photos for the Culinary Institute of America here in San Antonio. I’ve seen the glory of recipes prepared by the pros. It was true art! Seeing as how my hubby does most of our cooking... and it’s usually grilled, I knew I was not in the league of what true cooking artists could accomplish! Can’t wait to vote tho! |
