I'm starting to use Nik Vivezia more in my post processing, but I'm having an issue with it. Sometimes when the image opens in the plugin, it is seriously desaturated. Sometimes it opens up looking just fine. Haven't been able to identify yet if this is linked to some action I am taking.

I am using the version of the Nik collection that was given away for free by Google a few years back, using it within Corel PSP 2018.

This is what the image I am working on looks like in PSP:

Here is how it opened up in Vivezia:

Have any of the other Nik users seen such behavior? Thanks.

That's not anything that I've seen with any of the versions I've used. Sorry.

Cropped the image and now it opens up fully saturated. Weirdness.

I've used Viveza for years. Suddenly - well about a week ago - I can no longer adjust the control point using my cursor to move the sliders on the control point itself. I have to adjust using the slider or numbers in the list on the right. This is no real problem EXCEPT it means I cannot change the size of the control point area. I get what I get when I apply and cannot make the area larger or smaller.

Can anyone help?

Sounds like a mouse issue to me...(or whatever pointer you use)...Try hooking up a different mouse and see if it works. If you are like me you have half a dozen old ones knocking around...

Try holding the space bar when wanting to move the control point sliders.

That might work for you.
