I don't care too much about scores and positions anymore, but one thing still hurts. The 1 vote. I wonder why I got a 1 on this image, I wanted to take a picture of people looking at a window. The main purpose of a window,,,, to see through walls. The picture lets the viewer use their imagination and guess what those people are looking at. (I will not tell, hahaha). The framing is ok, composition is fine, story/subject is there, technically I used the right settings (handheld at night, btw). It wasn't staged, candid, pure street photography of windows and people.

Every time someone has this situation - a single (or maybe two ) floater 1 with no 2's or 3's, I suggest a keyboard number pad voter who messed up, George. It has happened to me - as a voter - a few times (and maybe more, but several times that I have noticed). If you are voting on the number pad and key in a 10, only the 1 "takes". The next image immediately displays and you vote. If you don't go back and review your votes at the end, you will not catch this.

So I suggest you assume good intentions on this one - it's a wonderful shot.

Makes no sense to me, Georges.

I really enjoy that image... wondering what they're looking at. And... yes, the technicals are also wonderful.

Sometimes people think that if the challenge is window, you have to take a photo of the window or the window has to be prominent.

I'm assuming that was the mindset on this one.
