Is a fat pillow or thin pillow best for your general wellbeing ?

Or perhaps no pillow ?

Its a difficult one but needs attention.

Thank You

Two thin pillows, with attendant options.

You're welcome.

One of each, yes.
And an inflatable one, too.

One of each, but the fat one is feathers, so it goes into a medium with my headbonks on it.

4 pillows are necessary for proper sleeping on one's side

a fat pillow for the head
a fat pillow for the top arm
a thin pillow for the knees
a small pillow for the bottom hand

officially I favour down/down and feather pillows, medium. BUT those chip foam pillows are the best at bending to your will. one doesn't see them about...

This type of pillow works great for me. The first one goes between your knees when you sleep on your side, the second is for the head and keeps your spine aligned.

One firm base pillow (I use a "MyPillow") and a squishy one on top to sink my head into Used to use a feather pillow but now I use a memory foam model.

The question of the proper pillow for your Companion Animal(s) has yet to be decided.

My son's companion animal (huge rottie) likes to use my son's head as his pillow.

Then there's the question of what pillow(s) to put on top of the "sleeping" pillows to be comfortable for that wonderful hour or so of night time reading. They must be easily pealed off as one starts to fall asleep. A feather pillow gets my vote for that.

Edited for misplaced 's !

I have a bed in two homes with a cumulative total of about a dozen pillows, no two alike. I sleep on my right side in the one bed, my left in the other. The pillows are arranged in such a manner as what suits me at the moment. Choices! I'm a busy, varied sleeper. LOL!
