What is the best canon digital camera model? I'm confused by their specs. |

Well, Jazper, It depends. Cost? Value? Resolution? The Digital Rebel is 6.3 megapixels, aimed at an entry level dSLR owner. The 10D is similar, but a bit more robust. I believe the 10D is somewhat being phased out for the 20D, a more updated version with an 8 megapixel sensor. The highest resolution camera is the full-frame sensor 1Ds Mark II, which has 16.7 megapixels and sels for about $8000 US. |

Wow, that's too much for 1Ds Mark II. Anyway, I have another question. Is Canon EOS 20D one of the best digital camera? |

Why would you need that many megapixels?
What are the advantages of Mark II compared with the 20D or Rebel?
Conversion
$8,000.00 United States Dollar = $10,484.00 Australian Dollar
:O
wow I could buy a nice car for that

That's probably due to the fact that none of the 1DsII owners have entered a challenge with it yet :o)

I think it's fair to say it's the best digital camera available for under $1500 so far. |

That's because the 1Ds Mark II is not available yet...

now if you can only get an EF-S lens on it to complete the picture... you'd be golden! :) |
