hi everyone me again lol !

looking for a bit of advice if anyone could help me out

im thinking of taking up horse photography as a friend of mine owns her own horses and stables but i am unsure if i would require a certain lense or anything for it ?

essentially it would just be still portraits with maybe the occasional ones while she is riding them

i have a nikon with an 18-55 lense atm

thanks in advance :D !!

You should tap snaffles for this info. There are a couple of other horse people on this site that can guide you

I think 70-200 and 100-400 lenses are common for the horse events, like most sporting type things long lenses come in handy.

What's the limit of your budget for this?
