look like a get way to get dirt and dust inside the body.

Why any more so than fishing in a bag to swap lenses?

I agree Bear. Just a tad more convenient. If anyone can invent a bag that suddenly pops out of a little space in the camera, is big enough to hold camera plus the two lenses you wanted to swap, have a table to support it so you don't drop either lens whilst changing, then I would be interested.

looks like an item intending to tell you that you have a problem that it can solve.
it'd be like me telling you that I have created an all-in-one funnel and hood-rod, so that you don't have to fumble around with finding and placing a funnel to add oil/washer fluid/etc in your car after propping up the hood - think of the quick service center changes, back on the road in no time!! :p

Many pro photographers that I've seen/talked to will have a second camera with a different lens attached for varying shots quickly, and the whole "crawling in for macro"....if you're doing that, you're dragging your lens in the dirt because it's slung from your shoulder. thanks, but no.

I agree with Ryan that it seems to be a solution looking for a problem. While lens-swapping can be a PITA, there are other alternatives (like a second body) that provide more flexibility (set up the camera the way you need it for each lens) and speed, albeit at higher cost, though that higher cost is offset by the additional benefit of redundancy (bodies do occasionally fail).
