Thank you all for taking a look, and especially to those who left comments!

I love your entry in Everyday Objects. It's a beautiful shot.

And Photo #3 is interesting. I like the reflections of the table and trees in the stem of the glass. I would like to see what it would look like if you could remove the back glass (distracting) and place the subject glass on thirds and try a larger DOF. If you have a chance try that, I would love to see what it looks like.

I did take one with just the front glass, but it was centered. I actually liked that one a lot, but I decided to go with the two-glass version because I thought it better presented the feeling of sitting out on the deck with a glass of wine. Here's the alternate (note that it's completely unedited, only resized): //www.dpchallenge.com/image.php?IMAGE_ID=107407.

You have some nice work there. I left a few comments for you to read and I treated your photos as if they were in a Free Study challenge. I will go back and comment on the remaining two later.

I really appreciate your in-depth comments. You left some really interesting food for thought.

Thanks again!

I left you comments on some of your photos, although I am in no way qualified to critique your photos. Great job.

I am in no way qualified to critique...But IMO:
They look good. #5 would of made a good entry into the Vanishing Point challenge. And Photo #3 is interesting. I like the reflections of the table and trees in the stem of the glass. I would like to see what it would look like if you could remove the back glass (distracting) and place the subject glass on thirds and try a larger DOF. If you have a chance try that, I would love to see what it looks like. Just my 2cents worth.
