I took this photo today of my son's best friend, and I tried a couple things, and I love the way this photo came out, but I feel like it's missing something?? Feel free to give any adviceo r critiques

hey,
nice shot, great look. Dunno if anything is missing but I would try to blur the BG a bit to bring out the subject even more.

You can try flood plugin from //www.flamingpear.com/ and add some nice border... maybe I would not crop it so much.

In the shot above the face looks a little soft.. Is this just the jpeging? (I notice it's quite a small file.) If not, I'd try using some sharpening to bring out detail.

The model looks like she's leaning towards the left of the frame. Have you cropped the image already?

Yeah, I did crop it already, and I did forget to add a border. Yeah I am noticing that the face is not totally in focus.
