I want to submit an entry for the challenge: "In The Spirit Of: docpjv"

I've been experimenting with a filter-plugin for Photoshop that
renders brush strokes to photographs - a technique that I wouldn't
ordinarily consider if not for the very nature of this particular challenge.

I'm NOT trying for a ribbon - I simply want to enter an image that I feel is fitting.

I have read the rules, but I remain unsure if such a treatment is allowed.

Any advice will be appreciated.

You may not use ANY editing technique to create new image area, objects or features (such as lens flare or motion) that didn't already exist in your original capture(s). The brush strokes would be considered a new feature.
