ZigZag Cafe sounds good to me. I'll be there in disguise - look for a very tall, muscular, heavily tattooed Latino man and give me a big hug or a slap on the ass when ya see me.

Ok, now I'm just really, REALLY jealous. Would LOVE to join the motley crew coalescing in Seattle...

Do we have another person called Art... surely it can be the same person I met many years ago at the Seattle GTG...:O)

This is NOT a disguise Ken, that is a complete metamorphosis.

The tourists will be interested in eating and/or drinking. Or drinking some more. Isn't that what vacations are for? The cafe sounds like a perfect place to meet and fortify ourselves for further wandering around.

Can't believe it's getting so close!

So are we still up for the GTG this Sunday evening, right? 85 degree forecast- not bad for Seattle! It looks like the sky might at least have a few clouds to be photogenic too.

Well it turned out to be a small group, but we had a great time and saw an amazing sunset.

I'll post more pics tomorrow.

Smallish group but still a fun GTG. It was great to see Frank and Ken again and meet more of Ken's family as well. And it was really nice to meet the instigators of this GTG Mary and Judy. I hope you continue to have a nice visit in the Northwest.

I only snapped a few images to be honest, and can only offer this weird and less than flattering one shot from ground level. So sorry to not get Mary in this one, but seen from left are Theresa (Ken's wife), Judy Jutilda, Frank Caba, and Ken Art Roflmao

Thanks, Brent, for being a fantastic tour guide. I don't get downtown that often and would just end up walking for miles in uninteresting and/or dangerous places. :) A few more from last night:

I read about the recent spike in crime activity in Seattle, now I know why.

Nice job of photo documenting the GTG Ken! I was quite lazy when it came to shooting anything :P

Wow, what a night! I had a blast, thanks for waiting up for me on all those stairs. I took a few more on the way to my car after we split up.

Somehow, even without Godzilla, he was easy to find.

Haven't actually downloaded any pix yet but we had a great time. Monday was a whirlwind tourist day and today we drove down to Mt. Rainier, which was nothing short of stunning. Jutilda actually screamed when we got our first fairly close glimpse of the mountain LOL. One more day of touring and then we head back to what passes for reality.

Thanks to Ken and his family, Brent and Frank for meeting up with us. It was a great start to the Seattle part of our trip.
