Nope, not that either. AFAIK, it's not, nor has it ever been a residence. |

The building is named for the company and the company is named for the city. |

The city's name is only part of the name o the company, which is the name of the building.
The city also shares a name with a state, even though the majority of the city is not in that state.

"Hershey is a census-designated place (CDP) in Derry Township, Dauphin County in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Hershey's chocolates are made in Hershey, Pennsylvania. The community is located 14 miles east of Harrisburg and is part of the Harrisburg−Carlisle Metropolitan Statistical Area. Hershey has no legal status as an incorporated municipality and all municipal services are provided by Derry Township.
"In 1903, Milton Hershey began construction of a chocolate plant in his hometown, Derry Church, Pennsylvania, which later came to be known as Hershey, Pennsylvania.[5] The town was an inexpensive place for the workers and their families to live. Milton treated the people well and provided leisure activities to make sure the citizens enjoyed themselves. The milk chocolate bars manufactured at this plant proved successful, and the company grew rapidly." |
