I was the anchor for sure but it wasn't bad at all. If you have the lowest score it just gets thrown out.
I received a tremendous amount of help from the team and they were VERY patient with me.
Just a few things to remember.
1-Make sure you enter something (team bonus if everyone enters).
2-Listen to your teammates , these guys have an average of over 6 for a reason.
3-Don’t vote on your teams images.
Usually what happens is the big dogs on your team end up against the big dogs on the other team. Sometimes they cancel each other out and it comes down to the 3rd & 4th place images to get points.
Try it I feel most people are in it for fun.
If someone is so good they have to have a ribbon they can get that in Free Study.

VERY true! Getting that participation bonus makes a big difference in the team score. Anyone who plays regularly is an asset. |

Entering in every challenge would mean to enter no matter what, even if the image is a shoehorn from top to bottom, if it's a direct fishing for the brown,... Am I right? |

No, it means that each member of the team has to submit at least one image per week to get that bonus score. You don't have to enter all challenges.

Good decision. It really can be fun and you can learn a lot from your team mates. Unfortunately I had to pull out for TPL 1 due to moving houses, but I give it a try now again. My goal is to enter 2 good submissions each week in stead of 4 meh-ones. If more is possible, that's OK, just depends on the challenges. |

I would prefer to not re-write the code. :)
