We are sending Lost the Penguin on a world tour. he will visit various people (via postal services) and they will take photos of him in general life and interesting famous locations etc etc, then be passed to the next person until his journey finally ends back here with me.
I will then (with the permission of the photographers concerned) publish a small cute childrens book about his adventure and we will sell it with all proceeds going to Children in Need.

Is there any planning for Lost visiting Southeastern Asia, count me in. |

There is always room for southeast Asia, please show him some nice sites..
I have also made another blog (the one i tried to make and failed DIDN'T fail so that's a double fail from me) might be easier or whatever..

Im trying to get some public interest because If we can really do this and get a book out and kindle it sell it etc with all proceeds going to Children in Need I think it will be great for this site, the photographers involved and most of all The Children themselves. I have not been in touch with the charity yet until the FB page is well in the 100's (65 now I think) and also when the blog is in swing then they have something to look at.
Also I would like to try to find a publishers (Penguin?) who will take this on.

That needs a newer operating system than I'm using, and I'd rather use a browser than install more programs. However, I was able to see some stuff using the link in the email update they sent me today.
It looks like people are just uploading random small test images right now? I though part of the idea was to upload a large (hi res) version; otherwise we could just post them at DPC ...
FWIW I'm planning to avoid Facebook ... |

Yes, people tried uploading. I moved everything to the Sample folder and created the first folder for Mak's photos. You're right, we can upload full size jpegs there. |
