1/93 shutter speed? That's gotta be something interesting, what did you shoot this with?

I find that the actual shutter-speed on most cameras is slightly "off" from the nominal setting ... for example if my Canon S3 is set to 1/160, the actual exposure is 1/159. I have a few shots from a cell phone which seem to be 1/21.
