That would be easy to do - just change the bkg layer in the PSD file to bw and swap out the cat. I can muck with it some more in a day or so, but no time at the moment.

Sure I will give it a try then!

I think that's perfect for a nice card - I like the colors. Here's some ideas I put together for you:

Name: AU Photographia (www.auphotographia.com is available)

or just go with Anita Underwood Photography
anitaunderwood.com is available - I'd grab that for sure. anitaunderwoodphotography.com also available, but quite long.

Here's the layered PSD file with both versions above in it if anyone else wants to play. I gotta run.

LOL great minds and all that! Although on your part you might be worried that your mind synced up with mine!! snicker... Those 4 shots would work, My personal fav I think is your boy n dog ... it's crisp clean, great statement... loose the border and the black edges and I think thats a winner!

This is also a very cool statement shot! Plus the horse, "I know I'm good looking", crop him neck up and continue the color onto your card would be very nice as well! (tried to steal it and crop for an example but.. it wouldn't) :)

LOL that was the first shot I though of even before I got to your page.... I remembered it!

When I was training horses my buisness name was KAT Quarter Horses... kept Kat and added photography for the photo buis. I have a gray card with This in the lower left (as big as I could get it) and just the words Katprint Photography above and going from one side to the next, then used the back for all the info. I get compliments on the card all the time, I think because the face is clean, and plain.

Goof around with one of your beautiful B/W that are a single subject ... nothing nicer to grab a client than a cool shot you've taken on the front big enough that they can really see it.

Really Neat Photography

PS yes I fixed the ear and sharp background.. another lesson learned on DPC!

I like that, I really do, why is it not appropriate now?

My opinion, because we're at saturation for everything. Unless you have a strong brand already, don't let people's minds wonder anywhere. Short, simple, and to the point so no one can interpret anything but the actual meaning. Most people are pretty good at remembering names of people they like and/or use their services, assuming a good experience, that it only makes sense to not have them forget with some awesome, but convoluted name.

Fair enough reason ~
