You've made a good start. Be involved in the forums, and participate in the side challenges. Lots of great info under Learn > How'd They Do That? part of the site.

I expected that since the initial post was so generic, but I decided to give some benefit of the doubt. We did have a new user recently who posted something similar and got blasted as a spammer. We then found it was a sincere new member who had accidentally made a post and had a profile page that fit the typical spammer.

Please can we keep the cutting remarks and comments until it's been proved the account belongs to a spammer ;)

Dude's signature and website are a link to random shaving products, plus there's the thread he started about shaving products.

My brother in-law is an improv actor who masters puns and word play. Now I feel completely silly for having missed this one. No excuses, just slow on the uptake today. |
