Just want to know if I can do anything to make the whole flower look the same..the top part looks to bright.I tried just about everything

Camera settings ??

Did you use on camera flash? Looks like you may have used flash and were up close, causing the top to blow out and the bottom to underexpose.

May have to use the eyedropper and select the color purple you want, then go to the brush tool, overlay around 10% and gently brush in some color on the blown out highlights.
Gonna' be a test of patience...

No flash..It was very sunny...about 10am

you have to work with the light, it was from where? ( the light )>
i am guessing above. timing was bad.

or - try a polarizing filter - might help

If your camera has it, use the fill flash. It will lighten up the shadows caused by the harsh sun. It may bleach out the rest of the flower though.

Didn't think about fill flash.."slap myself" This was the only chance I had at this one (in my employer's yard..behind locked gate ..lol The sun was at a bad angle.
