Well, JFYI...that means you got either a 9/10 from me and I REALLY feel that you hit the nail on the head (per say) in terms of "Art"...mind you it's only one opinion...so don't think that your not hitting a chord with the voters...you surely are |

Me too!
My photos here are viewed as Meh! But at my local camera club Where the photos are also anonymous until they have all been viewed on the screen, one of my photos caused a collective gasp of oh that' s beautiful! Here would possibly got a 4.8 or a 5! So Deb please don't leave us, your photos are a lot better than some DPC'ers gives you credit for! |

Ha! But I'm not an Apple gal...
Not going anywhere. I have a bit of an addiction problem. But I will say my fans at Facebook are MUCH nicer.... :-)
As for score, I turned scores off again, but I still held my 5.5 (!) in this challenge, so I'm happy. |

all the comments are critical. I'd say if this was a normal challenge, I'd understand.... and I wouldn't have made some of the adjustments I did... guess people don't like my artistic photo. then again, there wasn't too much to choose from, 2011 was a rough year for me.
this particular picture made me realize how lucky I am...
Oh well... this is another photo being hung on the wall of inspiration... whether it's loved or hated here.
but the score has went up a tad

I have definitely got the wrong end of the stick with this one. Wish I had just chosen a good photo from 2011 instead of trying to choose one that I thought people would consider as art.

i think i had too much time to fiddle around with my image, and might have messed it up more than enhancing it.
2 comments pointed out the same overall issue...
oh well, it was fun trying to figure out how the voting would go and designing an image towards that goal.

Finally finished commenting. This was a wonderful series of photographs! Such talent here, and everyone seems to have a different vision. I love it. It's so diverse.
