I've just gotten an evaluation copy of Neat Image in order to try it out. I like what the software can do to help clean up the pic when using higher ISO settings. After working on my pics, I went to go and get the metadata info through ACDSee and there is no info on the file. Some files have limited info but nothing of real use.

Is this normal?

Yes, the demo version strips the EXIF data as you will see from the Feature Map. You'll just have to go back to the original image for the data.
