While you might be able to use this when working on a motor vehicle, it is not part of one and there are other tools that provide a similar function typically used in servicing motor vehicles. So, no.

Torch? as in fire shoots out of it, no. As in a flashlight...not really.

It is not a pressure gauge, not a magnet and not a connector.
